Email us at hello@gearhunt.co.uk with a description of your issue. Please include your device model and iOS version. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If your issue is related to a specific photo, please let us know the format (JPEG, HEIF, RAW) and how the photo was taken.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does PhotoChrome edit my original photos?

No. It creates a new framed image. Your original is never modified.

Where does the EXIF data come from?

From metadata embedded in your photos: camera model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. All extracted on-device.

Which social platforms are supported?

Instagram (Post, Story, Reel, Landscape), TikTok, X/Twitter, Threads, Facebook (Post, Story, Cover), YouTube (Thumbnail, Banner), and Pinterest. 24 presets total, plus custom ratios.

What does Pro include?

Custom border colours, all five EXIF overlay styles, logo overlays, and saved templates. Free includes white and black borders, Minimal and Classic styles, and all 24 ratio presets.

Is my photo data shared?

No. All processing happens on-device. Photos are never uploaded.

Requires iOS 26.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
