Exhibit Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Overview

Exhibit is built by Qyvo with privacy as a core principle. Your data belongs to you. This policy explains how Exhibit handles your information.

Data Collection

Exhibit does not send any personal data to Qyvo. We don't run servers that receive your information. There are no user accounts and no third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. Exhibit uses Apple's OSLog for on-device diagnostic logging only — these logs stay on your device and are never sent to Qyvo.

Data on Device

Everything Exhibit generates (saved frame templates, overlay settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. None of this is accessible to Qyvo or any third party.

Image Processing

All image processing happens entirely on your device: cropping, framing, EXIF extraction, overlay rendering, and export. Your photos are never uploaded anywhere.

Exhibit reads EXIF metadata (camera model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO) from your photos for display as overlays. If a photo contains GPS coordinates, Exhibit uses Apple's reverse geocoding service to resolve a location name for the location overlay. This request goes through Apple's servers under Apple's privacy policy. Qyvo does not receive or store location data.

Permissions

Exhibit does not access your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

No Cloud Services

Exhibit does not use iCloud sync, CloudKit, or any cloud service. All templates and preferences stay on your device.

In-App Purchases

Exhibit offers Pro upgrades (monthly, annual, or lifetime) processed entirely by Apple. Qyvo has no access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Exhibit does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. No personal information is required to use the app.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
