Email us at hello@gearhunt.co.uk with a description of your issue. Please include your device model and iOS version. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If your issue is related to a specific photo, please let us know the format (JPEG, HEIF, RAW) and how the photo was taken.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Exhibit edit my original photos?
No. Exhibit creates a new framed image. Your original is never modified.
Where does the EXIF data come from?
From metadata embedded in your photos: camera model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. All extracted on-device.
Which social platforms are supported?
Instagram (Post, Story, Reel, Landscape), TikTok, X/Twitter, Threads, Facebook (Post, Story, Cover), YouTube (Thumbnail, Banner), and Pinterest — plus custom ratios.
What does Pro include?
Custom border colours, seven additional EXIF overlay styles, logo overlays, custom overlay backgrounds, and saved templates. Free includes white and black borders, Minimal, Classic, and Street styles, and all ratio presets.
Is my photo data shared?
No. All processing happens on-device. Photos are never uploaded. Exhibit has no analytics SDKs or tracking.

Requires iOS 26.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
